Hourly Consulting and Break/Fix Support
We offer support on a time/materials basis as well. Special rates for small nonprofits. Please contact us for more information.

Invoicing
Invoices sent on the first of the month for work completed during the previous month. Billing is on a Net-15 basis.

On-site minimum charge
1 hour. After initial minimum charge, time shall be billed in 1/4 hour increments.

Remote support minimum charge
1/4 hour billed in 1/4 hour increments.

Travel charges
Portland and close-in West-Side addresses (Beaverton & Tigard) - no charge. Other areas - hourly consulting rate (billed in ¼ hr increments) 1-way to your site.

After Hours (after 6:00pm) / Weekends / National Holidays
2 hour minimum charge for on-site work; 1/2 hour minimum charge for Remote Support.
